Mobile enforcement app: virtual training

A narrated walkthrough of the enforcement app park officers carry in the field. It covers signing in, choosing a location, syncing for offline use, reading the home dashboard and finding a vehicle by licence plate to verify a day pass bought online.

Lets officers learn the app on their own time ahead of a pilot launch

Self check-in launch training

A deck for a parks client rolling out online self check-in. It walks staff through the customer's four steps (party, vehicles, arrival time, park rules), then their own role: spotting, managing and confirming self checked-in arrivals.

One release, four tailored tip sheets

When a self check-in and dashboard update shipped, each client had a different setup. I wrote a version for each: a full three-page guide with bulk confirm, a two-page edition, a one-page dashboard explainer, and a version for a client without self check-in that covers only the dashboard and log changes.

Every client got only the changes that applied to them

How I work

Every project runs through the same four steps, scaled to the size of the job.

  1. Listen

Learn the release and each client's setup, then find where staff will get stuck.

  2. Design

Pick the right format for the moment: a two-minute video, a job aid or a full program.

  3. Build

Write, record and edit in a consistent voice, then test with real users before launch.

  4. Measure

Track tickets, completion and feedback, and revise what isn't landing.

Hi, I'm Megan.

I'm a Product Specialist II who lives where the product meets the people using it. I translate features into training that sticks, for clients learning the software and for the internal teams who support them.

I support a park and campground reservation platform. My work spans scripting and narrating training videos, building live training decks, writing Tip From The Trainer release sheets, and the setup guides new clients start with.
